Where is Platform Game Starter Kit

I came across this blog post regarding Platform Game Starter Kit.

The blog mentions that we can get the kit when we create a new project.

However, the kit is not appearing as shown below.

Can anyone please share the URL of aforementioned kit to check the code and learn from it.
