[SOLVED] PlayCanvas down?

I’m getting a lot of server timeouts today.

Yes, we have some issue we’re urgently investigating, and services and mostly down. Stay tuned.

Side note: me and Leonidas aren’t on the PlayCanvas team so we are unable to do much more than pinging the PlayCanvas team as well :slightly_smiling_face:

Don’t wanna disturb you all but is this a regular server maintenance, just a regular issue being resolved or an actual attack?

Suspected AWS outage. We’re currently on a call with AWS now.

We solved the root cause and everything should work in an hour (fingers crossed). Deploying every service right now, but it costs time.

What can we do to help test and make sure it worked?
Edit: I didn’t mean that in a mean way, I just know from game deving the importance of testing.

Have to finish a project which now has turned to a night shift (hopefully :smiley: )

Edit: exact in this moment servers seems to be online again but login still not possible :slight_smile:
