I’m a beginner currently learning PlayCanvas.
I’m trying to integrate PlayCanvas with the Viverse platform, so I uploaded a 3D file (.GLB) to PlayCanvas.
Everything looks fine in PlayCanvas, but when I transfer the file to Viverse, the environment turns black and white.
After repeated testing, I found that the issue seems to be related to the materials from the 3D file (created in Blender). When combined with the light settings in PlayCanvas, it causes the environment in Viverse to appear black and white. If I remove the light source, the environment becomes dim, but at least it doesn’t turn black and white.
However, I still don’t know how to retain the light source while ensuring the environment displays correctly.
