Love this game engine and am glad I found it about one week ago.
Can you please add a 2-Dimensional video game sample in the next release?
No other complaints at this point.

They might add a 2-Dimensional game template in one of the next major updates but I think it might be very unlikely because PlayCanvas is meant more for the 3D game dev’s and the PlayCanvas team also showcases and highlights more 3D features but they might also start adding more 2D support and start advertising it more.
