Video lagging issue

Hi hope you guys are doing well.Getting issue in video lagging through URL .

Information of video

Dimension : 670*870
Bitrate : 1500-2000 kbps
Frame : 50 frame per second
Video size : 1-5 mb each video .

I’m loading all the videos through URL and once it’s loads in editor through enable the cors policy , video getting lag so much even sometime stuck .Could you help me what type of issue is this .You help would be hight appreciated for me . Thanks

There could be a couple of things influencing this. Might you be able to post a link to the project for forum members to take a look at?
