Valid asset formats?


I’m trying to import a model of one of our products but I get “invalid asset type” from all formats I’ve tried (dwg, stl, x3d). Which ones are valid? The docs just say “most types” but doesn’t list which types are valid. Can someone steer my in the right direction?

Primarily, we support FBX, COLLADA (.dae), .obj.

We usually recommend fbx, but the others will all work fine.

Do I have to something special when I export it in blender? When I apply a diffuse texture the entity disappears (shadow stil remains)

Sounds like you might need to make sure you have UV unwrapped the model before exportibg.?
