TripoAI.app: text/image-to-3D prototyping with GLB export

Sharing a 3D prototyping resource from our team: Tripo AI, an independent browser workspace for generating initial 3D models from text, an image, or multiple reference views. It is not the official Tripo vendor website or a PlayCanvas plugin.

For someone exploring game-object ideas, the useful part is moving from a written or visual reference to a model that can be inspected before committing to detailed manual modelling. The workspace provides an interactive 3D preview with rotation and zoom, and GLB export for further work in tools such as Blender.

A practical starting workflow is:

  1. Describe the object, or upload reference views you own or have permission to use.
  2. Generate an initial model and inspect its silhouette from several angles in the browser.
  3. Export the GLB and check geometry, textures and scale in your usual 3D workflow.
  4. Refine and optimize it before considering it for a production scene.

This is a tool recommendation, not a ready-to-import asset pack. Generated output should be checked for topology, material quality, file size and the requirements of your own project; there is no promise of automatic PlayCanvas integration or production-ready geometry.

If anyone explores it for early prop concepts, feedback on the preview-to-export workflow would be useful. Please treat this as a starting point for experimentation, not a substitute for asset review.
