Transfer project ownership failing?

Hello,

I’m trying to transfert a project to a client and I cannot manage to find the user to transfert to. He does have an account.

I tried transfering both a public and private project.

Seem like I can find my coworkers, but just not the client.

Does he need to do something special to receive the project ownership?

Can you DM me the clients’ username and I can have a look?

Resolving via DMs. Worth noting that the field to transfer projects to another is case sensitive. For usernames, please use lowercase.
