We wanted to apologise for the platform outage this morning, and say a big thank you for your patience while we investigated the issue.
It took us a bit longer to resolve the issue than we would have liked, but we learned a few things that will help us improve going forward. We will be adding an automated system that’ll identify unresponsive job queues and we’ll be adding more internal telemetry to our backend.
Rest assured that the stability of our platform is our top priority and we will continue to work to push the platform forward.
