To make the glass material with Fern texture

Hello folks,

I am trying to make a glass material with a particular texture called ‘Fern’ and it should look like this in the real life example: (Note that the the semi-white etching feathers and the blurry non-etching area)


But, this is what I got so far and it’s a quite different from what I want to have:

I think what is missing the most os the background blur.

There’s an approach using a custom shader to do this, I’ve did something along the way here:

(not perfect in any way, just an idea of the direction you might need to go)
