although play canvas uses javascript and can i use the turbulenz engine on play canvas or I have to use the play canvas engine

The two engines are incompatible. You have to choose one or the other. You may have noticed that the Turbulenz engine isn’t actively developed any more, so you might want to choose PlayCanvas as a result.
