I have a website where i want to showcase my projects uploaded to supersplat, i subscribed to a personal account because i want to remove the “Supersplat” branding, the plan says “remove playcanvas branding”, i thought it meant the supersplat branding. The payment has been successful and i can see my plan on my account, however the branding its still visible on the embeded window.
Is it possible to remove the supersplat branding?
The link or embed coded appears to be the same, do i have to upload the project again?
Is it possible to remove it by some configuration on the original project or the code or json?
The Personal account is for developing with the PlayCanvas Editor. It’s doesn’t (yet) grant any additional functionality/capabilities in relation to SuperSplat.
Out of interest, where does it say “Remove PlayCanvas Branding”? I don’t see it here:
Removing the PlayCanvas branding (the loading screen for PlayCanvas apps) is something you can even do with the Free plan.
But it’s an interesting request. We could add the ability to do this - either as a component of the Personal plan or we can create a totally new plan (e.g. SuperSplat Pro) that allows you to do this. What do you think?
In supersplat i go to “manage your account”, it goes to PlayCanvas | HTML5 Game Engine, then where it says “Current plan - Free $0/month” i click on “updrade” and opens the window i attach on the image.
There it says “remove PlayCanvas branding” on both plans, so i thought that it would work both in playcanvas and supersplat… so what you are saying is that i can remove the water mark or branding or “supersplat” link on the embeded windows in free plan? how can i do this? is it something i need to configure on supersplat or on the code to embed the projects?
