Hi,
Here is a link to a 3DGS of a large 14 acre property - I’m creating a product to showcase luxury homes and large properties on multiple acres. Like Google Earth but with higher resolution and only showing the home. See the example I did for a client:

I’m looking to see if there is a way to limit the viewer rotation so that a user viewing can’t turn the model upside down. And secondly is there a way to make the underside pretty like one flat plate or base the model is sitting on.

Hey Eric,

About the camera limit as I know you need to build using Playcanvas and adjusting a Camera Orbit script. And the base for the GS you can open the GS in a program like Blender and create it accordingly, export as .glb and insert in Playcanvas scene with the GS.
