Have anyone tried http://superpowers-html5.com/ ? This is 2D/3D game maker built on top of three.js which was open sourced recently.
I wish they used PlayCanvas though… Local editor with pretty and responsive interface, 2D/3D and built-in UI. Will this dream happen someday?
