What browser/webview is the webchat using?
Also bear in mind not all browsers support the same audio formats (ogg/mp3/erc).
only just play sound auto. do nothing.

Are you saying that the sound just automatically and after that, does nothing? Or that you are expecting it to autoplay and you hear nothing?
