If someone signup by my email and after that i reset the password and signup with google but i see that the person still access my account

could you please clarify the question? Someone can not signup by your email, there is an email verification step.
Someone try to signup with my unverified account but not complete email verification after that I reset my password and sign-up with Google I can see that user now access my full account
And if I delete my account and sign-up with same email by Google or GitHub he can still access new account
hello, we actually have a check in the codebase exactly for this situation - once you subscribed using Google Login, user/password way of login is disabled.
It is also impossible to login without email verification, so if someone doesn’t have access to your email account, they can’t login.
If you believe you still have this issue, please describe reproduction step by step.
