Good question. We stopped supporting them in the editor when we switched to the new scripting system as they were not fully integrated into the editor.
They are all still available in the github repo, and you can drag and drop (or copy and paste) the scripts from here: https://github.com/playcanvas/engine/tree/master/extras/posteffects
Add them to a script component on a camera entity for them to work.
