Just wondering if there is a support email - I am the admin on a corporate account - but there does not appear to be any options for me to contact support (the pricing scheme seems to indicate there is an option).

The pricing scheme actually makes pretty clear that you need to buy a separate Support License to get anything other than Forum Support.
Yes - you are correct. Apologies, I did a google search and made a few incorrect assumptions. Regardless - will probably need the support plan anyway.
