How can I download all that I need if your company goes on hiatus due to COVID-19
ex: like how am I able to use Editor, build and source files so that I can keep it on my own Version Control system.

Unfortunately, the editor is not open sourced so right now, it is not possible to run the entire service locally.
At best, you can use the engine on its own without the editor.
Currently, the entire PlayCanvas team is working from home so it’s very unlikely that we would go on hiatus

Yeah, it’s actually the opposite. We’re working longer hours!
