We’ve identified an issue accessing projects that were created between Friday 13th July and Monday 16th July by forking an existing project.
We’re currently working to re-enable access to these projects. We’ll update here once the fix is released.

This issue has been resolved.
It looks like you are over your disk allowance so the projects you are talking about were never fully created. We need to fix some of these validations to fail before you start forking projects, but in either case you won’t be able to successfully fork these projects until you increase your disk allowance here.
