[SOLVED] Can not add seats to our org

We are trying to add 2 seats to our ORG and the UI seems like it updates to 4 seats, then I refresh and it rests back to 2. I’ve also tried to add the users directly to the project and hit “buy seat”, which also fails.

Just following up here to say that the problem is now resolved.

Thank you PlayCanvas team. I can confirm the issue is resolved. I was able to add our new team members to our projects today.
