[SOLVED] Bug in scene view for UV'd sprites (+ material preview suggestion)

When using UV’d sprites, the preview outline doesn’t use the same UV’s and basically looks silly/cluttered.
These 4 faces are all from the same spritesheet (first file in the Assets window), and the white outline shows the entire sprite’s opacity outline instead of the correctly UV’d version of that. There’s no way to disable this white line either that I’ve found.

A small extra I would love to see is to have the ability to have material previews just show the 2d sprite instead of mapping them to a sphere. As you can see, my 2d sprites look silly in the preview of the assets window :slight_smile:
