I’m currently using a video texture as a mask to reveal a background in a cool way. I want to be able to reverse this video texture, so that I don’t need 2 videos to visualise the reveal and hide animation. I just want to use the same video for both reveal and hide, but just be able to play it in reverse. Playing the video works, just stuck at the reverse part.
Is this possible, and if so, how would this be implemented?
Unfortunately, it seems like this is something that is only possible in Safari. Chrome and Firefox officially do not support reverse playback and have no plans to support it.
