We have two active seats for one of our organization accounts; the account owner (by default) and one other developer.
Can I safely remove the account owner seat from the list if they are not actively using it, but still remain the overall account holder?

Hi @Nigel_Britton, sorry for the late reply, I had to check a few things.
Yes, this is possible.
The easiest way to do this is to add the developer as an Admin to the Org account so that they can create projects.
At this point, you can remove yourself in the seats by clicking on the X:
Then the developer can add themselves as admins to the project:
And you should end up with:
