can anyone explain to me why
Play Canvas is so difficult to
grasp. Also why would we need
coding if most of the assets already
come with coding of there own?
It is true that currently, you do need to be able to write/understand JavaScript in order to use PlayCanvas effectively. In the future, we can add higher level tools to make things easier for you. But right now, yes, you ideally want to have some coding skills.
The assets, such as the ones you can import into your projects from the Store, don’t currently come with any code. You have to create scripts yourself.
