Preload zip files

I was wondering what is the role of preload-ios.zip and preload-android.zip. What happens if I delete them? Is there any guideline page available for them?

Also, in my use case, I want to use the playcanvas zip file inside an iframe in a react app which will run on Android and iOS devices. So can I delete them?

You can delete them. Actually, when downloading the build, uncheck Create Preload Bundles so they don’t get generated.

It is a Snapchat-only feature, which was discontinued I think. We should probably have it disabled by default.

Thanks, this will reduce 32 MB of my 57 MB build :grin:
