Are Playcanvas servers maxing out on downloads?? Takes as much as (2) hrs to download a 20mb project after publishing. We’ve been monitoring our net connections and even pinged the playcanvas servers to see if there’s any holdup en route, but both came back clean. As is, your paid service is unusable here in California.
We haven’t seen that issue and we’re also based in California. Are you seeing this issue only for downloading project archives? Presumably published builds are not that slow to download?
Seems the issue might be fixed. The problem had to do with downloading projects for publication outside of playcanvas. Hitting play in the editor can get bogged down a bit during the day, but it’s at most a 50% slow down. The downloads went from seconds to hours.
