Personal Subscription not active after 2 days (Payment already processed)

Hi,

I am posting here because it has been two days now and I still haven’t received a reply from support@playcanvas.com or billing@playcanvas.com.

I subscribed to the Personal Plan ($15) 48 hours ago. My bank has been charged and I received the official receipt for my payment. However, my account dashboard still shows the invoice as “Payment Due” and my profile is still stuck on the Free tier.

I have already sent multiple emails with the receipt attached, but I’ve had no luck so far.

Could an administrator please look into this manually and activate my “Personal plan” features?
