If I have an Organization Level plan ($50 per month) I understand that I can export project without the Playcanvas branding. Now - If I export this project and have my client put it on their server do I need my Organization plan active for the project to work? I’m wondering if, A year from now I decide to change my plan, if the project that I built for my client will still work.

Hi,

Once you have published your project you no longer need to maintain your Organization plan. You only need to have an active plan if you need to access, edit or republish your project.

So yes, your published projects will not get affected by a plan changes.
