not sure if this is a bug or it is working as indented but i have some text with a drop shadow that fades in. How i would expect it to work is that the opacity would effect the shadow color also but it seems like they are independent. So when i may the text opacity 0 and my shadow is something like 00000064 I still see the shadow. Do I have to manually control the shadow as well?
This behavior also exists when using the outline feature on text. I has an issue open:
Perhaps the shadow should also be added to that issue?
Edit: Looking at the comments, it is already considered for future updates along with outlines.
