As I can see here is written in doc like I can see model draw calls in inspector but I am not able too see in
it model inspector property

Most likely that user manual part is outdated, you can’t see the number of draw calls in the asset details right now.
Roughly you can calculate your draw calls as one draw call per mesh instance. So if your render asset when added to a render component exposes 3 material slots (mesh instances), that’s 3 forward draw calls.
