New Designer Theme

We’ve updated the Designer to a new theme to give it an all new Pro look. New “flat design” icons should be clearer and we’ll be putting more effort in the next few weeks to making some of the existing controls clearer and more intuitive.

When it was suggested, I voted for the old blue theme, but now I have actually used this I change my vote.
