My project don't know which compresson way to use is good. Need HELP! Please

I have try 2 ways of Compression, I like the BASIS, IT does make my project Smaller and easy to loading…BUT ONLY Work for Desktop and Ipad…CANNOT run on iphone for other Mobile phone…
Therefor , I try LEGACY, then The project file become HUGE! but Iphone and other Mobile phone can open it…but the loading time is…way to long…

Can Anyone Help?

What problems do you have with using BASIS on devices? It should all work well.
