So I left a comment on a post
But when I go into an incognito mode its not there even though it says 3 comments but turns into 2 when I click it
I also made a post about what was happening but that isnt showing up either

Hmm, thats odd. 
I will have to take a look. In the meantime, please post your questions on the forum, its the best place to get your questions answered anyway.
Might be a caching or cookies issue if you’re using Incognito. You might try force releasing your cache with Ctrl+F5 and also try accepting site cookies, while in Incognito.
