I have an fbx file with 5 test materials assigned built in Cinema4d. When I export as fbx and import into Playcanvas only one material is present. Is this a playcanvas thing or some part of the export is broken? I tried all FBX versions and materials/textures are all set to export.

Okay thanks. GLB (Binary) seems to work but it seems to work only by breaking the mesh up into its individual selection sets (1 material each mesh). This looked a bit messy (see image) so I disabled ‘Import hierarchy’ on asset tasks.
