Looking for game developer for simple arcade games like Space Invaders, Pac Man, and Tetris

Will pay well for this. Will need leaderboards and work closely with me to discuss requirements.
Will need creation of art assets as well.
Has to be playable in WebBrowser and be mobile optimized
