Looking for an experienced 3D Dev for a 3D Watch Configurator

Hi there,

We are looking for a skilled and experienced 3D developer to build a 3D watch configurator for our brand.

Here are two references that represent the type of result we are aiming for:

Both configurators were developed using PlayCanvas, and we would like to achieve a similar level of rendering and interactivity.

Project scope:

We have 6 watch models, each with:

  • Around 5 strap options
  • Around 10 dial options
  • Around 10 hand styles

All 3D models will be provided by our team, so your main task will be the integration of assets and the setup of the configurator.

Additional notes:

The configurator needs to be integrated into the Shopify ecosystem using Shopify’s APIs.

We would also like to ask for the user’s name and email address before giving access to the configurator.

We are a young brand with a focus on quality. Our budget allows us to work professionally, but we are really hoping to find someone who can offer a fair rate and work with seriousness, reliability, and professionalism.

If you think you’re a good fit, feel free to reach out.

Hi, Eden.
Thanks for your Job posting.
As a PlayCanvas and Three.js developer, I am interested in your project.
So, I’ve already sent the email.
Best Regards.
Stefan Markovic

Hi Stefan, thanks for your answer. I will answer your email.

To this day, no 3D developer has met our expectations based on the examples we provided.
We’re looking for someone rigorous, highly qualified, and truly results-driven—optimizing everything for fast browsing on both desktop and mobile.
It’s not about believing you can do it, but having the proven experience to know you will.

This is extremely easy, just use the model viewer and have a button system to enable or disable the 3d models and change the textures. I could genuinely make something like this in a single hour probably.

See, very easy:
