can you make a legacy model option so when i import models it doesn’t import them as 100 different mesh parts
Project settings → untick import hierarchy
Drag FBX files into the assets panel again

but it gives you freedom to remove some parts in the editor, attach scripts to them to change their behaviour, see what the hierarchy is and similar. I’d suggest to get used to it and benefit.

Maybe i can add the bolt of the gun as a child entity then tween it, so maybe this is a good thing
