Is there any way to get the borders shape from a model?

I don’t know how to explain myself but, I want to get the borders of a model on a hover selection.
At this moment I can identify which model/asset or object the mouse I’m selecting, but to be more specific, at the moment that I put the mouse over the model I want to get and show this white lines. Sorry for my misspelling.

I actually want to outline an object from the beginning to the end of the game so I don’t need any extra functions, because otherwise it get too complicated. I thought in the latest version of PlayCanvas there was the option to simply outline an object, but it looks like I misunderstood that. Can anyone help with that?
