Installing Viverse Extension in Chrome

Last week I successfully added the VIVERSE extension to Chrome.

I also made sure that my email on both VIVERSE and PLAYCANVAS is the same.

Unfortunately, I still don’t see the option to publish my game to VIVERSE.

I already tried following the instructions and video without success:

I also already:

  • Logged out and back into both VIVERSE and PLAYCANVAS multiple times
  • Didn’t need to delete any VIVERSE entities in PLAYCANVAS because there are none
  • Cleared site data via Chrome developer tools
  • Refreshed the page
  • Cleared cookies and temporary internet files
  • Closed and reopened the browser
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the extension

I’m using a 2018 Mac Mini with a 3GHz i5 processor, 64 GB RAM, running Sonoma 14.6.1 and Google Chrome version 136.0.7103.114.

Can you recommend a next step?

I think you need to reach out to Viverse support, this is completely on their side.
