Importing a new model doesn't use Asset Tasks settings

When importing an FBX ( in Chrome, Windows 10 ), the Asset Tasks settings for model import don’t seem to work.

Here’s an image showing the results of an already imported FBX.

Here’s an image after re-importing the original FBX file again, and also showing the Replace options. Note that all of the items are duplicaated, rather than replacing the existing items.
