Import project error

i export my project firstly, and uncompress it . when i compress the folder content to a zip and import it , i got an error.
here is my steps

  1. i export my demo project and download the zip.
  2. then i unzip it as a folder
  3. i select all folder contents and archive it. it create 归档.zip
  4. i rename the zip as test.zip and import it.
  5. i got an “Could not import the project” error.
    im doing this is on macos with the default zip utility

If you skip steps 2 and 3, does that work?
