I want to express a speech bubble

There is a chat window in the lower right corner, and if you send a chat window there, we want to express it with a speech bubble above the character.
Should I make a speech bubble as a separate entity and upload it?

Yes, you can use a UI element component for you bubble to have it in your screen.
