I cant seem to get webcam input into my project

Hi i tried following the code from PlayCanvas 3D HTML5 Game Engine but i cant seems to get the webcam input to my project, it works fine for the tutorial but in my project it turns out as just black. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi seemingly i kinda solved it, but now i have another problem. lets say if i have a iframe playing the webcam input will be lost, is this suppose to happen ?
