Beyond that, I’ve not seen PlayCanvas Editor open in that state before from users so I don’t know what else it be

Without being able to reproduce the issue ourselves, we can’t really help.

At this point, I would try it on another PC/laptop if possible. If that doesn’t help, then I would also try it on a different network too.

That is more likely to be due to your laptop. What are the specs?

Should be okay The GPU and RAM is the worrying bit. I would have thought it could do better than 20fps but it is an integrated graphics code.
