HTML and CSS files not loading in editor/play mode

Was there any change in the editor regarding loading of css and html files?
Editor shows following error:

Console reports 401 - Unauthorized?
Only happens for css and html files, other files load normally.
Also when opening the file in the code editor it gets loaded.
Difference seems to be the t parameter which is added in the editor but not in the code editor
