How to change publish build URL

We want to delete or change the static build url used for the project provided by PC. Anyway to unpublish? Deleting builds seems to the only way to unpublish

Unfortunately, yes thats the only way to change the permanent URL is to delete all builds to generate a new perm URL AFAIK
