How to add texture painting to a render component?

I recently hired a team on Fiverr to paint my dronecar model:

They uploaded the files:

And, when I go to import the textures I get stuck. I found a video from about 6 years ago: Introduction to PlayCanvas 02 - Materials - YouTube but since the legacy model update i’m not sure I follow.
