I’ve been using iPhones for years, and one of the most impressive aspects has always been the camera. Recently, I’ve noticed some huge improvements, especially in low-light performance and the quality of video recording. As a mobile game developer, I’m curious how others are utilizing these features for their games. Has anyone experimented with the iPhone’s camera for things like augmented reality or even creating in-game assets? How do you think the improvements in camera tech are influencing mobile game development today? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Ive used it for AR a little bit, the only downside being that it can get buggy if there are a lot of moving things where your object is placed. I was messing around with AR near my friends and the robot that I placed got stuck on his shirt lol.
There is a lot of potential for AR though.
Im not sure exactly what you mean, can you please elaborate?
