As in join your project? The guidelines are there to help but not guarantee people signing up to join.
It’s incredibly hard to find people to help with a non profit and non paid role because of the time commitment to it on top of other responsibilities.
To help, you have to think why people would be interested join the project? What can you add to your ‘join’ posts to encourage people to join?
Some examples can be showing current game footage or screenshots so they see what the game is about. Putting expectations of time and work needed so it’s clearer what work they would be doing. Etc
